Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all products purchased from VacayScents.
Our Return Policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and transparency for every customer. Before shipping, all items are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards. We take pride in delivering products in excellent condition so that every order meets expectations.
Under this Return Policy, please note that candles cannot be returned or refunded once they have been lit or used. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products are not eligible for return. In addition, we are unable to process returns based solely on personal scent preferences, as fragrance perception can vary from person to person.
However, our Return Policy does allow for replacements or refunds in cases where products arrive damaged or defective during shipping. To qualify, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund depending on stock availability.
This Return Policy also clearly states that we cannot accept returns on used, altered, or improperly handled items. All returned products must remain unused and in their original condition where applicable.
